RE: PA and P&Y whitetails.....

I love to see PA continuing to improve the quality of their hunting. The potential there is so tremendous that the ONLY thing holding the state back is it's sportsman. There can be no denying that it is one of the most beautiful states when it comes to exceptional habitat and awesome looking whitetail ground! I hope the state continues on course with it's production of trophy class bucks. I'm also excited by the number of folks on numerous forums who seemed so against any sort of antler restrictions and now to see many proudly endorsing QDM and showing restraint on ALL immature bucks. Best of luck to all the PA guys out there and kudos for your sacrifice and dedication.

Maybe someday all the IL bowhunters will be wanting to book hunts in YOUR state ?!? ;):D

Where was TN. Last? lol:D. All kidding aside, Tennessee CAN produce some big bucks, especially Middle Tennessee. I'm interested to see how many they put in

The entries in the book will not tell the whole story. There are plenty like Germ who choose not to enter their bucks. So no real way of knowing how many really could qualify for the book from any state. But it does kinda give an idea of trends I guess.

Yes sir, it only shows trends. It also doesn't show you that 54% of Ohio's archers hunt with crossbows either. It leaves out a lot of variables but it does relay some great information to those who tap it for it's resources.

I hope that IL had a record low year for it's P&Y production? Something to attrcat a little less attention to it and perhaps more to IOWA and/or KANSAS.... that's where all the monsters are at!

Don't kid yourself Cornfed...If no one shot a single P&Y in Illinois last year, it would make no difference.:D
