Default Viper Predator site Review

I got might site today and put in on here is what I like and dislike.

Likes.

1. All metal pins
2. Very slim, non "bulky design.
3. Pins are very bright and I love have 2 different sizes.
4. Small site window, for a guy who does not shoot a peep it is great.
5. Easy to set on target and hold. The pins seem to disapear and all I see is the fiber on the end.

Dislikes.
1.Adjusting the pins just plain stinks. You have to be very careful with the fibers.
2.I change the pins around and putting them back in is a pain. The site guard does not come off.

All in all a good site. It is on th ROSS and sited in and ready to go. Price tag is 136.00 bucks, and to me the site is well worth it.

The site was suggested to me by Rob and I have to say for a guy who once had a perm he knows his stuff.

Some Pics

Is it me or do the yellow and bottom green pins look shorter? Might just be the angle I don't know.

Your extension bar is on the wrong side of the pin guard, too...

I picked up one of these at a booth at the ASA Pro/Am shoot in Metropolis over the weekend... real nice-looking sights. I think you'll be happy with it!

Glad you like it, germ.

On a side note.....are you sure the sight pin guard/housing won't come off? Rick @ Viper told me to remove it to add a pin. You might want to give him a call. I haven't tried it, yet.
