I'm currently shooting a Mathews, butI've been fortunate to not have issues with any company that I've dealt with. Of those mentioned Bowtech and Mathews have had particularly goodcustomer servicein my experience. Not coincidentally those are the only companies I have owned more than one bow from as well.

I shoot a Mathews and I am happy with it. But if I had my choice I would have several bows from different companies.

The best customer service I got was from Mathews. The dealer you buy from gives that company it's name really. You need a good dealer the company will stand behind it's product.

the best company i have delt with as far as customer svc and warranty would be martin archery very fast turn around and no questions asked they just fix it i have evan had them warranty cables after the warrnty was long gone.
