Free for me. All the corn falling from the elevator into the corn crib we shovel into a trailer. The trailer gets so full of corn I get unlimited shelled corn.

i think i have to pay around 10 to 15 bucks too. Its defenitely worth it though

last time i bought it from the mill i paid 5.75 for a 50 pound bag.

last year i think we payed 8.25 for it........ i guess makin fuel outta corn is drivin the price up.......

That's why these guys are saying to go to an elevator, b/c you may be dealing directly with the farmer (no middleman, no packaging, shipping, etc.).

Where I'm out (S/Central Louisiana), a lot of people use rice bran.
It's cheap down here, by-product of milling. The deer love it and it
doesn't seem to attract as many critters as corn. Sometimes we pour
it over corn.
