Default New (to me) bow pic.

I recently bought a Mathews Apex 7 and finished getting it set up on Wed. I have outfitted it with the following; HHA Optimizer Lite 5500 sight, Vibracheck Omega stabilizer, Schaffer Mat 1 Gen 2 rest, Limb Saver Ultra's, and a custom yellow/black braided sling. The bow is 28"/70#'s. I haven't had the chance to run it through a chrono yet, but it is niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice! I have owned a lot of Mathews bows and this is by far and away the best one I've found for me. I can't wait for deer season and the '08 3-D season. Hope you like the pic.

Thanks guys! I really can't express how nice this thing is to shoot. I love the integral grip that comes with the Apex line. The slightly longer ATA (38") helps to hold steady at longer distances. I love, and I know I'm going against the norm here, the slightly heavier overall mass weight of the bow. I don't do much spot and stalk hunting, so the weight isn't really a factor, unless it's my weight we're talking about.

Congratulations!! Good luck with the new bow, and show us pictures of your quarry when you get them.

Thanks again everyone! I hope I can post a pick this fall of that bow, me, and a big Southern Illinois buck.
