I would go for the Cardiac for more speed, but if that doesnt matter to you i would shoot them both and decide which one you like better

I like the Cardiac. I also REALLY like the CR models. Either would be a good fit but if you are just wanting pure speed ROSS wouldn't be the way to go. However, if you want a great bow and an all around tack driver, get ROSS!
