I'm kinda the opposite. I KNOW what the deer herd is like here. I want some RINGERS!....lol I do remember going through our roster, last year.....hoping to see some IL; OH; KY; IA; etc... guys on our team!;) But I've said it before....I'm just happy to play....and it's about the friendships. |

Your rightGMMAT it is about friendships , it's just alot easer to build a stronger friendship with some members here in my home state.
I would like to travel around if I could afford to and hunt with others like Fieldmouse , he's a nice guy that I gotten to know a little thru the contest. It's also nice to have the option to hunt with members such as Germ and BullRider115 who happen to be here in my home state. |

Germ and I were teammates, last year. So was Rob/PA. Rob and I have hunted together for deer and turkeys here in my home state (NC...Rob's from PA).....and Lisa and I spent new Years with Rob and Jenny, this past year. Germ and I WILL hunt together. We're already discussing it.....and he has an open invitation here, any time. I offered to put our captain on a buck, last year, if he could work out the drive. I've made friends I'll have, forever. And you're right....I wishthese guyslived closer to me. |

I pointed out my own PREVIOUS "ignorance". I'm less ignorant, now. TRUE ignorance would be doing the same things I did last year over and over again.....and expecting a different result (i.e. a more "in balance" herd). BTW thanks for so many of you guys picking me to be on "your" team. We have a great bunch of guys here and I can't wait to meet some of you this weekend.
