RE: Looking at buying my first climber

another summit viper vote...a little more than your price range...

mobow is absolutely right....i might kill a deer if i could keep my eyes open in mine:) last season i worked 7-4 alot...hunted after work...most days i woke up and it was dark out...just should never hunted from it after work...

some guys, like jmbuckhunter dont like the front bars...its a personal choice....me, myself...i rather have it..makes me feel safer and climbing easier....and i like to lay my bow across it with my arrow nocked so when that moment comes all i gotta do is stand up...i dont hunt on TV...id get busted reaching around for my bow hanging from the tree...

also, summits customer service is excellent. i was missing a buckle for my seat...i asked them if i could just get the buckle...they said no problem..well...2 days later a whole new seat was at my door. they didnt even want me to ship the other one back!

ive used the open shot and its not that great... never used the other one, but themost expensive gorilla climber is worth the money i have used it and that net seat is the most comfortable thing, it helps when sitting all day
