ORIGINAL: W.T.F.

I would have to agree, that is probably the best looking bow I have ever seen,I thought it would cost more than that. Are you sure that would void the warranty
If the CAMS are dipped it will void warranty, at least thats what I hear.

I thought maybe it was the prep work such as possiblybead blastingthat they did to the limbs which might weaken them in Bowtechs' eyes, or other bow manufacturers ,.that might void the warranty, if in fact it does. Someone should contact Bowtech and find out the facts. Greg/MO Matt PA. give us the facts on dipping and warranty with bows.

... if in fact it does.
Yep, it does.

Taken from the "Exclusions" section of the warranty, which can be found at www.bowtecharchery.com...

"Damage caused by abuse, mis-handling, dry-firing, alteration or modification to original product, or shooting of arrows less than five grains...

I wouldn't let that deter me from doing it. I would however have the dipping company tape off a small section the exact dimension of the bushing that sits on the axle and the string/cable grooves as well to prevent it from upsetting tolerances of the product. Parts are cheap enough for bows that if something happens it is still worth it to have the coolest bow on the block............[8D].
