1 year of bowhunting has produced one doe and no bucks

As of this post I shoot approximately 1.16 bucks for every doe I shoot.

For those of you keeping score at home that's 1.16:1 ;)

I'm at around 1:1.2 buck to doe. A lot of this is because when I started hunting in PA you only got one tag so you waited for a buck, any buck. There were plenty of opportunities for does, but it was a different mentality back then. Until recently I was only killing what me and my family would eat which meant 1 doe and then hold out for a buck. Now I've found a couple of butchers that take deer for hunters helping the hungry so I will donate some if I can.
