That's gotta be sorry, having family from the "People's Republic of Kalifornia and Taxachusetts." Makes me more appreciative that all my family's been brought up around hunting, and even if not, they just do their thing and let me do mine.

Good luck with the "conversions" though. You know your guns, and stick to em. If it gets too bad, run to the comp and rant to us, we'll hear ya out. Merry Christmas Bow, hope you have a goodin!

Bow...... you were doing fine until you said that those of us who didn't give a few bucks to the kids in Nebraska should be ashamed. I arrived in Seattle yesterday and check in to see what's up. You give to your causes, I'll give to mine and don't go judging the rest of us for NOT getting on your band wagon. Cheessssssss ........ lighten up. Over the past 59 years I've done, will continue to do and don't have to throw it all up on the wall for everyone to see..... everytime. One, no one requested YOUR help and fund raising deal for the kids in Nebraska. I'll choose when and what I give... don't paint us all as lower than pond scum because we didn't see it your way. I agree with you Davidmil. I've always had respect for Bowdacious but I took what he said to be on the same level as a petapuke who condemns hunters.

I can't donate to EVERY bleeding heart cause there is, so I must pick and choose. Unfortunately that cause was in a state very far away from me so it was one I didn't do.

Bowdacious, would you like some e-mail for some good causes here in Florida that could use some donations? Would you donate to them? How many would you like? Will you draw the line and eventually say you can't give anymore, or will you continue to donate until you are out of money?

Do you understand what Davidmil and I are saying here? It really was inapropriate.

ok krisken, ted nugent is a cool musician, loved his stuff as a kid and still listen to it today. he has some pretty cool hunting videos as well but im sorry man IMO he's not a very good spokesman for our sport. he's pretty crude and radical in his delivery and that just doesn't cut the mustard in todays society. the portion of society that can be reached regarding the conservation and good of hunting is the "non-hunting" public, not the anti's. anti's are just as crude and radical in their movement as ted nugent appears to be in ours. i hope you understand what im saying. image is everything when you're in the public eye, and in IMHO you can't call yourself the "whackmaster" and expect the "non-hunting" public to be sympathetic to hunting conservation. mind you i think that the nickname "whackmaster" is a cool name but he doesn't have to get his message to us. he has to get his message to people that don't hunt and don't understand why we do.
