I saw that Blazer has its own fletching jig out, now. Anybody tried this?

Do it, I started a few years back and really, really enjoy it. I did fletch some arrows recently with Blazers and Spray paint wraps. They turned out great and I had fun fletching them with the boy! I used the same jig I do for feathers, a Grayling Jig! No problems yet!

Never used their jig, but I recommend doing it.

I really enjoy it!

Not to mention you're not stuck w/ a bunch of damaged fletchings on your arrows, you just fix it.

O'Yeah, I did a half dozen arrows for under $10 and still have enough Blazers and paint for 6 more arrows!!!!!

Fletching is easy and a fun way to put a little of your own personality into your arrows..

Germ gives me crap about mine..says I'm a TED lookalike.. LOL

Does it do more than Blazers? If not, don't limit yourself to it...though I'm not familiar with the jig in question.

I totally recommend the Bitzenberger!.

Get the Bitz! I got one last week after using a Jo-Jan for a year. It will do Blazers, feathers, or vanes. why limit yourself? I have really enjoyed making my own arrows up, even more so now that I've started cresting and capping.

I've heard good things about the Grayling (Bitz's knockoff) jig.

It's fun........and very convenient to do yourself. Tear up some feathers or vanes just grab the jig and fix em up.

You could really go off the deep end like me with a bag full of wild turkey primaries, sand paper, 2 feather choppers, and not a clue what you are doing and try and make your own![:-]

In any event I also recommend the Bitz. Get all the clamps and nock receivers to match........ya only live once.

Shed33 we all know you fletch your arrows in your Ted Nugent cowbow hat wearing nothing but your zebra pattern "tidy whities"; while you hum Fred Bear
