I'd guess it's a pendulum or a slider.

Yep - That's the one. Great site, has 4' of fiber optic tubing...butthe scope housingis able to slide over the tubing. So if dark conditions, you can slide the housing so all 4' of tubing is exposed to light, but when it is sunny outside, you can slide the housing overalmost all 4' of tubing so the pin don'tblind you.During winter league, I put a 4x scope lens on the site (HHA sells the lens to fit this site). I couldn't believe the difference the scope makes....instead of floating around the white (on a five spot), a scope allows you to float around the 'X'.
