archery elk colorado

Anybody do much elk hunting in colorado? Thinkin on going, never been, anyone suggest a good area for elk? Some helpfull tactics would also be useful. Thanks

I have only hunted private ground in CO near Montrose. Gunnison public area has a lot of elk though in that same part of the state. I think iamyourhuckleberry lives, guides, and hunts CO. See if you can find him. He is probably full of good info.
