saw where your season dont start until the 15th....will they still be in velvet in your area? thats cutting it darn close around here, i cant say for sure but they lose it around that time.

btw, my season starts the 1st[8D]. but ive only been spottin four shooters, not 15, lol.

They are almost all out of velvet by the 15th seems like around here. You might catch one still in it but it sould be rare.

If any of the bucks ive seen this year would still be in velvet i would think it would be him becasue he is growing so much slower then the other bucks. All this guy had was brow tines a a little main beam when the others were almost completely framed out.
