What has been the most reliable, accurate, piece of equipment that you've ever bought or been given?
Something that you'd never give up?
I was just out target practicing and realized how faithful my release has been it's never failed me. Made me wonder if anyone else had a piece of equipment that has been with them a while and they haven't needed to upgrade or replace it.

My Summit stands simply stay rock-solid season after season.

I will have to second that, I did have a API aluminum stand that was made in the early 90's that I used for many years, but it got to where it was making alot of noise when it was cold.

It would be a toss up between my Nikon 440 range finder, Ziess binos or my GPS. I cannot imagine going in the woods without any of the 3.

My eyes have failed me...I know we've all stared at that stump for 10mins wondering if it was a deer, watching and hoping. then the letdown of realizing its a stump or log [&:]

What about boots? If your boots fail, that's one miserable day. If they get wet and its a crisp 15 degrees outside, im headed home!

I would have to say my boots also. I will never get a cheap pair of boots. Good boots are worth their weight in gold. Nothing makes a morning worse than cold/wet feet and ties.
