This will be my 2nd FULL season deer hunting (coming up). Read EVERYTHING you can. Watch EVERY show you can.

But more importantly......DON'T be afraid to ask questions in this forum. There are more experienced whitetail hunters (and other species) that are MORE THAN HAPPY to share with you.....than you'd ever guess.

WONDERFUL people, here.....and I utilize their expertise almost daily.

These are excellent books and I re-read them also. I would suggest another book that is extremely informative and that is:

American Whitetail - Deer Hunting Tips & Resources
by Terry Townsend

Everyone here has different angles of going at deer hunting. Different approaches work for different hunters, soak up everything you can, slowlyyou will go in your own direction. You will never stop learning that is the beauty of the sport.
