Default Fawns are here in PA.....

Some of you remember my cabin thread from months ago. Well last night was my first night sleeping there. Woke up this morning to the sound of turkeys gobbling and clucking, looked out the window, and right where I shot my bow gobbler this year was a new momma doe standing there with her fawn licking her. I am pretty sure she had it this morning sometime.........my dad glassed her yesterday in the same spot and had no fawn with her.

It never ceases to amaze me how small they are as new borns.

102 images in one week on my trail cam. ONE fawn.

I've heard of a bunch of sightings here, though.

I saw a doe with triplets yesterday morning. It was amazing how fast they can run, so young!

I am getting pics of first and second rut fawns now. The first is a good pic of some twins I have that were born in mid may. The second one is of a fawn that is pretty fresh off the press. I think I have two sets of twins and two sets of singles at my spot.
