Default Help with my new avatar

I have a new avatar put together. But I cannot get it the right size. Can someone resize it for me so I can use it?

Thanks,
John

try www.downloads.com do search for irfanview and download then run the program and under image click on RESIZE/RESAMPLE. Window pops up and you can pick your size. Resave under new name to not harm original.Thisprograms work for me.
