Congrats on your "equal miss" as some like to call it.Seriously, that's some real nice shooting, I've yet to do that.

Sad isn't it... those arrows are expensive!!

I had picked up a ripcord rest, loop, freeflight loop release, and some gold tips. I was shooting alluminums last year.

The first session I killed a goldtip at 38yards with the 3rd arrow almostlaying againstthe dead one. The Instinct was a pretty good shooter before. Now it is just plain scarey!!

Never mind the bigger holes all over the target. Ipulled out the recurve for the first time in a couple years. It also is a scarey shooter but fora different reason. The twit behind it. It keeps me humble!! []

Did any of you see that episode on Myth Busters where they tried to do that with solid wood shafts and bamboo and could not do it. The machine they had could not do it but when they brought in a pro shooter with carbon arrows he did it after a few shots. But they never did it with a solid wood shaft.

Woods gotta be next to impossible because it splits.
I did it once before with aluminums with swaged nock tapers. Broke alot of nocks but only one robin hood.
I think it'll be alot easier with these & maybe I need to paint more dots on that bag.
