around here a 130-150 is a good buck a 150-180 is a big buck anything over 180 is a monster... i live in illinois so we have higher expectations, lol j/k but we do have a lot of big deer here.

monsters..5.5 and older....grossing 170-180's ....... 190 and up to me are world class bucks.. for a bowkill

yes head and cape.. killed him in nearly 100 degree temps.. Sept 1 ..he had just shed his velvet too..

I ended up putting him in a fall cape and adding a little color to his antlers since he hadnt rubbed

"110-125 is a good buck, 125-145 is a big buck, anything over 145 is huge to me"

That's about how I put em too for my area.

Now if I was talking all encompassing whitetails across the country, I'd put 125-140 good buck, 140-165 BIG buck, 165+ monster buck.
