Seriously.....this is just the kind of knee-jerk reaction that we have grown to expect. I'm at a loss as to what to say to people who have no intentions of listening to reason.

First, I think you should write a real letter, as opposed to an e-mail. Keep a copy for yourself too. If the issue goes up for discussion, the letter will be better representation for you and your thoughts than an e-mail. Its a damn shame though to cancel archery andI would be real curious as the rationale behind it. Recents events, give me a break.

In all seriousness.....I'd send a copy of my WELL THOUGHT OUT....and PROOFREAD/EDITED letter to the editorial page of my local newspaper, too.

well for what its worth in Idaho we are growing inarchery..we start our NASP unit for archery next week, 2 full weeks of archery for over another 150 + PE students... per semester.

Sorry to hear your district dropped it. here its our kids favorite unit of the semester.
