I'm hoping to get maybe three this year, hopefully one is a buck. These IL deer are delicious, so I need to kill more than last year!

I put 6 for me. I hope to kill 4 does this year and 2 bucks.

I put down 6 as a realistic goal. Last year i butchered up 3 deer and between me and my brother, that lasted us all of about two and a half months. Got to put alot more in the freezer this year. Im thinking that i will shoot 4 does and 2 bucks. Where i hunt in NJ, i can take over all the different gun and bow season up to 6 bucks and unlimited does. Taking a dozen deer in some of these spots wouldnt even put a dent in the population, but im going to try. Our buck to doe ratio is so out of wack its not even funny.

I'm probably going to get to go hunting less this year than normal. Work has been really busy, and we are expecting a baby on December 28th. I'm also taking my son hunting this fall for the first time, so I'll be putting alot of effort into getting him his first deer. I think if I kill 2 I will be doing good this year.

I put three, hopefully I will fill my buck tag and doe tag in Ill. and I will fill a doe tag in Mich. Walt

2....... I'll try for more but I try not to predict how many I'll get because I think it will jinx me.

We get 1 tag in Idaho.. possibly two if the non residents have any surplus.

I put 5. In NJ I'll still have to bag 2 does just to get a crack at a buck in archery and permit season. Then I want to take 1 to 2 does in PA, and hopefully, I'll take a buck in one or both states. I think it's optimistic and completely realistic so long as I get the time to go out.

I usually go for 6 a year. New job may impact hunting time a little. If it gets to be too much I'll quit. We look to have a longer doe archery season so that will help. I think I'll get 8 tags and go from there. I may fill all 8, Heck I may only fill 2-3, one never knows how the season will play out.
