I didn't run the show, I simply tried to make smoothness out of chaios. Come July when people sign up and the contest forum is in full swing, it should be taken to the participants for vote. I don't make the rules, I didn't make the runs but simply tried to keep things running smoothly. I may not even participate or play this year tho. We'll see. Too much has happened.

My 2cents. This past year was my first, in the contest, and I never took a buck. Never had the opp. But I did take a couple of does, one on the ground at 18yrds, and I felt bad that I didn't help the team. I think 25 - 50 pts would be fair. A good mature doe is sometimes harder to kill than a buck.

I just don't see a point in altering a Big Buck Contest that has grown so big and has gone so smoothly over the last three years......

I would vote for no Does.... I just think the contest would loose its allure....

Fair enough, Buckeye. Your vote will count the same as anyone else's.

Last time I looked, though.....it read "Deer hunting Contest". The "Big Buck" portion is merely a side contest in the overall.

I appreciate the work Rob (and others) do to keep this thing a HUGE hit on the forum.....and I was simply making a "suggestion".....passing time 'til we get to do it all over, again.

I'll vote to add a doe.

Last time I looked I was around when the contest was created and it was created as a Big Buck contest.

I know your ego is fragile so I will be delicate.......

You are a P.I.T.A. always arguing and complaining on the forums. You only want to change the contest to fit your agenda.

I'll tell you it would be a shame for the contest to come down to a doe perhaps deciding the winner of the contest.

Again why change something that has been fine tunedso welland is already an overwhelmingly popular contest?
