Do any of you guys have a cool way of displaying beards and spurs from the turkey you have killed. I have seend guys that cut the spurs off and put them on a leather lanyard. Anyone have any pictures of something they have got set up?

Mike, my buddy cleans the spurs off and puts them on a string like you mentioned. He has a few of these "necklaces" and they come out when they are complete.

A buddy of mine does the same thing with the spurs. For beards he glues them into the shotgun shell he used to take them and has a display rack with holes in it for the shells. It looks pretty nice. I know that doesn't apply because you bowhunt them, but I figured I'd throw it out there.

Here is a leather lanyard I made with some of mine and an arrowhead at the bottom. First try at adding photos so we'll see.

i cut the spurs off above and below them..skin the bone, get the marrow out and dry them and clean them up nice..hot glue the beard into the brass base of the shell i shot him with and put and put a eyelet screw through the primer..put a spur on leather lace then the beard then the other spur..some guys do beads and such and make them look nice...the one i did like that hangs from my rearview mirror...ill try to get a pic for ya later on...

Sorry Michael, I've got about 40 beards laying in my gun case trying to figure out what to do with them also. I am finishing my basement right now to make a trophy/game room and want to display them somehow. I would also love some good ideas. I love hunting turkeys and have been fortunate enough to hunt them in several states with good luck.
