RE: Displaying Trophies
I made a couple of these. Just folded some construction paper in half and cut out a form that I liked, then jigsawed out of a piece of wood that I got at Lowe's. Each one holds 14 beards (7 on the left, 7 on the right). I have a double-beard hanging in the middle of this one. The beard holder itself is just a piece of square dowel with notches cut into it (dremeled). Easy to add a new beard, just pop out the two screws, hot glue in the new beard, and screw it right back on. Easy Peezy Japaneezy.

RE: Displaying Trophies
a buddy of mine used these ends to a wooden dowel rod that was hollow and glued them in those. he had like 50 beards and many were too fat to use shotgun shells so he improvised. then strung them through a string that was pinned from one corner of the room to the other. looked pretty sweet and he and his son are still addin to the string. wish i could show pics but he lives 1 hour away so thats not an option. ill look around and try and show you what those little cups look like.

Not what your looking for but i thought i would post it anyway :DThats his 06 buck, and yes guys thats a pic of Jessica Simpson between the mounts :D[8D]

RE: Displaying Trophies
The barnboard is looking pretty good(at least it looks like barnboard) as a backround on the plaque.
That's my favorite type of wood,..... when you can find it.;) |
