Tonight I needed to relieve some stress after dealing with realtors all day so I went to the lease. This piglet and about a dozen of her litter mates came out for about 5 minutes. I waited hoping for the sow. When she wouldn't show after a while I got tired of waiting and wanted some pork. Double lung pass through that busted my arrow on a cedar tree behind her. My family will have tender smoked pork for dinner tomorrow night! She went about 20 yds that felt like 100 in the thick stuff I had to get through to retrieve her.

Pretty good shooting txjourneyman, nothing better than fresh tender pork loins , enjoy your dinner.

It would be neat to have that option of going pig huntin anytime. But then again they can destroy a field or forest in no time. A pest noone wants around . And once you have them almost impossible to get rid of.

How true. I enjoy hunting and eating the things but I didn't like seeing all those piglets. They multiply like crazy.
