Look close. Can you see them? I know it isn't much, but it gets me fired up for the fall.Now watch them really start to grow.

Yeah, it does look kind of odd, but i think its just starting to shed its winter coat

Sometimes deer do have "bed head" where their coat will just be pressed in a different direction from laying on it. That or the shedding as already mentioned.
