"Season" or "Year"? With a bow, Counting small game, (in 2000) 3 Ptarmigan, 1 Hare, 1 Black Bear, 2 Squirls, 1 Blue Grouse, 3 Ducks. (in 2001)1 Back Bear, 2 Arctic Fox, 2 Ducks, 1 Goose, 1 Carabou, 1 Ermine, 2 Ptarmigan.

No, not a ton of freezer space. However, the "Hunters for Hunger" program benefitted greatly that year. Our game biologist under our QDM program told us we had to kill A LOT of does that year, due to major overpopulation problems. So, I did what I was told, kept the meat I wanted, and did my good deed by donating the rest to a worthy cause. 4 of the 15 were bucks (good shooter bucks), the other 11 were does.

right on, I know some places are a deer a day Al I think. Man just think about that for a minute, every single day you could shoot one. Man I would have to own a walk in freezer and eat meat 3 meals a day to pull it off and I bet there would still be some to give away LOL! Congrats man! Ya got any pics? Lilhunter, you want me to make you really squirm? In a lot of south Alabama where I hunt, the limit is not one deer a day. It's <font size=6>2</font id=size6> deer a day! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Unbelievable 2 deer a day and #'s of 8,10,15 for one person in a year!
Were allowed 1 a YEAR combined archery/gun. A couple districts had 2nd doe tag(archery only) for the first time this year. This past was our best year out of 19 guys I know, 18 tags were filled!

the most in one day were 4 useing crop damage permits. the first 3 were killed within the first 10 minutes of first light. all have to be does when you use crop damage permits. all with a rifle (not that much fun)
