read the g5 q&a section this question has been asked before and they don't recommend this head for turkeys use tekan's or regular broadheads!!!!

if yu want to shoot tukeys in the head use gobbler gullituines this will take the heads clean off!!!

I hs on a turkey will preserve the most meat.
