Nice rub, Ive got approximately 7 telephone poles along my gravel road leading back to my camp ground and each and every one gets thrashed every year by bucks. They arent as tall as yours but quit a bit bigger around.

That's cool having elk in MI, I've heard they're re-establishing elk in N WI too. None here in Il though.

whats the barrel legnth on that shotgun??? im tryin to put things in perspective...
also...does the rub go CLEAR up through all the brown on the tree or is that coloration of it and the rub below??

if thats a normal shotgun and the rub goes clear up to the top of the brown thats about 5.5-6ft high give or take a little...i just dont see that from ANY whitetail...something isnt right..or you better get a much much bigger bow!

No, not photoshop! The only thing I can think of is someone did this to pull a prank on the guys who hunt deer here. It's out of the way and along a rub line into a swamp. There's a large scrape nearby and we always see a lot of deer here. If it's a fake, I didn't perpetrate it. But it does look unbelievable to me too!
