The two does I killed down in south Alabama earlier in the year were really layered with fat, too. In the past, that used to mean that we were in for a cold winter, but I guess this year's an anomaly. We sure haven't had much cold weather at all, in Alabama or Tennessee.

We must look past the fact that she's Fat. I'm sure she is a really nice doe once you get to know her.Besides it's what's on the inside that counts. you know, loins, hams and all that good stuff.
