I assure you that shooting through the bunched up mesh won't affect you at all. I gave it w whirl the other night when I got my new Matrix. I also used the bag that my old Eastman blind came in... it has backpack straps.
In KS we pulled the mesh up and the many turkeys around our blinds never saw us regardless of what we did inside the blind including drawing, camera work etc....I wasn't comfortable shooting through the mesh and besides, it messed up the visual for the eyes and the camera, pulling the mesh up in the shooting direction had no ill effect.

The right broadheads fly perfectly well through the mesh.....But like Rob said, for turkeys, who cares. You just don't need it. As long as you have the back of the blind closed up.

Ok, now for the decision of which blind.....The Matrix is the best there is, period. Goes up VERY easily, down just as easily, and there are no blind spots in the walls. But as you very well know, they aren't cheap.

Unless you are going to be hunting almost exclusively out of a blind, give buckeyebuckhntr a pm, he'll take care of you on an ASAT blind. If you're doing most of your hunting out of a blind, you may wanna consider the Matrix.
