id think hes full of $h!t
That sums it up, unless his name was Fred Bear, Howard Hill, or Ben Person. And even at that, I think Id call B.S.. I believe 80 + was tops for the fathers of this sport.
Art Young was the hunter, see first page for story.

I wish I knew how topost a video clip because I am going to shoot my recurve at 100 yds this weekend and film it.If I can figure out how to post it I will no matter what the results(it will be good for at least a couple of laughs).

What is it that you want to show us? Trajectory?

Nothing really, I think it might be funny. I'm sure the trajectory will resemble a rainbow.

Yea, I read it, and Id still have to see it to believe it. I guess if you flun enough arrows, you are bound to hit something.

I just saw Bryon Ferguson @ the a deer/turkey expo. He's known for his archery skills, such as shooting asprin out of the air. I acutally witnessed him shooting a livesaver thrown about 8' in the air & he was about 15-20' away. He also has a record of shooting a stationary balloon @, I believe was, 283yds. That was with a longbow. It is very possible that kill may have occurred. It depends on the bow, & shooter's capability. Would I attempt that let alone anything over 30-40yds? No. But I know my limits.

Must have been Fred Bear or Mr. Pope or Young. Those guys used to fling an arrow if they saw a target. There wasn't an ethics posse or any PC people then.

I think we havea winner.[:o]
