I was shooting today and i noticed that my stinkin WB was making me shoot VERY inaccurate. I havent had it for even 2 months and the fibers are already all tangeled and messed up. I am thinking about switching to the TROPHY RIDGE DROPZONE.
got a wisker buiscut myself. every couple of shots ill take the fibers and stroke them to straighten them out. same thing is required with feather fletching. if that is all just stroke it till its all straight again and shoot.
I think as long as your vanes are not going through the black harder fibers then you really should be okay. is this a new one or posibly an old one? the originals were all the way around black brissles then they changed and now its just at the bottom.
mine has shot bullet holes from 40 yards before. so I know at least mine is a good rest. hope your problems iron out. and hey!! give it a little practice!! shooting bow is not like shooting gun, gun is way eisier. to shoot a bow accuratly you need good form. good form comes from lots of good practice.

which whisker biscuit are you using, i shoot blazers and have used a WB for a long time, without a problem. Like everyone is saying, a well tuned rest of any kind is a must. .............KP

If your having trouble your accuracy maybe your having trouble with your fallow through and your moving the bow while the arrow is still in the WB

Sorry for not knowing but how exactly do you paper tune?
And I am shooting the new one and its a Deluxe Biscuit, the $66 one.
I have owned these before and i really like this rest but i might not buy another if it is messing up THIS bad.
And i practice a LOT i put 50+ shots threw it a day and lots of times its over 150 shots a day.

Thanks guys

Well i should get some pics because my fibers in the biscuit are starting to do all sorts of weird things.[>:]
Some are even starting to bend backwards[&:]
BHB,

You may not want to hear this, but what you describe is a PERFECT example of what happens when your bow is not in tune and/or your biscuit is not adjust properly.

I suggest youset your bow to basic settings, ie: even tillerlevel nock to the berger button. Then re-mount the Biscuit making sure your center shot is correct and your biscuit hole is in line with the nock and intersects with theberger button hole (this will start you off with a 90deg nock straight through the berger butto hole). You can fine tune from there.

Good luck.

No rest is perfect......but I never had the problem you're having while I utilized a WB. You've got a tuning issue.

I have never had a problem with my wb. I had my fibers looking really bad where the arrow would barly stay up and it still shot good for me.

I've had mine since Jan. Using same type of 2" blazers as u. The bristles where the top vane go thru criss-cross only slightly. I have noticed no problems w/my set up. Is the hole on the WB the right size for your arrow. There should be quite a bit of room around the arrow. My pro-shop owner, (who also uses a WB for hunting) stated that they should not have a tight fit. Otherwise, it may be recentering the rest again. I guess when in doubt start at the basics & reapply everything. Also, are the black bristles in the 6 o'clock position.
