That's like choosing death by hanging or electric chair if you ask me. The choices both SUCK and in the end your dead either way.[:@]

That being said, I would rather not get a shot at all. Missing a shot meansI was presented with a good clean ethical shot and I blew it. I missed a nice130" +/- 10 point2 years ago andI almost puked...[:'(]. No joking. I got sick to my stomach and I had to get out of the stand.

I would have rather not had a shot at all than missed. I still get a sick feeling just writing about it.

Definetly not get a shot off. One year I missed 3 times and that dramatically reduces your confidents. Atleast not getting a shot off makes you wonder..."man if that deer would have walked 5 yards closer".

No shot for me; passing on a poor shot, or simply not having one is just part of the odds. Missing means you suck, well not really, but that is how I'd feel!

I missed a monster deer last year and it will probably haunt me for the rest of my life until I shoot him next year.. Id rather not get a shot off. Oh yeah I missed because of buck fever in the 87th degree. So terrible I had him dead to rights coming in and for whatever reason I tried shooting when he was straight on with me...clean miss though

Not getting a shot is definitely the lesser of the two evils, at least that way I'll be able to sleep at night.

I'd rather not get a shot off at all over missing a shot. Like people have said, there is just so many things that could cause you to miss, thats one way of really screwing up an otherwise good day in the woods. I don't need that kind of stress.

I actually look for reasons not to shoot....If I'm not positive that I will kill the animal, I don't shoot.

MISS???? MISS???? Don't say things like that. No doubt I'd rather not get the shot. First off, I haven't spooked a deer. Secondly, there's tomorrow. And last but not least, missing would send bad vibes through my old body causing doubt maybe.[&:][&:] I don't want any negative vibes. And also, those misses just fester for years sometimes.LOL... I don't need that.
