I was wondering what in your opinion is the best gpi for hunting? For whitetails. I am trying to figure out what gpi arrow i should buy. Im gonna be shooting roughly 27 inch arrows and preferably a 100gr tip. Ill be shooting in the 60-70lb range also. Let me know what you think. Feel free to recommend a specific arrow.

I shoot Carbon Express 300s...i think they might work good for your setup

I would think somewhere around 11.0 gpi,around 400 gr total or a littleover, thats what I try to do.

i dont want anything as high as 11gpi, i was thinking around 8 ish.

I would recommend an Easton A/C Super Slim 400. This arrow, in 27" length, with a 100 gr. point, will weigh almost exactly 400 grains. Spine is about ideal for solocam bows in thelower 60's pull weight. GPI is 9.7

lol well about 6-9 to broaden my range, but no lower than 6 for obvious reasons. I think anythign in that range should be sufficient

He said his arrows was about 27 inches long that waswhy I was thinking 11, by the way what is the weight of your arrow with broadhead.

My arrow weight is 420 grains.
