I've been using the ASAT 3D suit for the last 4 seasons. The only time I've had a deer bust me was when I wasn't wearing it, and once on the ground at about 7 yards. It is great camo, but it is starting to show signs of wear. The 3D suit I have is mesh and it has some tears in it from normal use. It is great in the early season though.

Thanks for the reply and let me apologize for cluttering up the forum with this one. I just see where Campo posted something over theweekend asking for a camo comparison that included ASAT so I could have just followed along with that one. Is it possible to delete a post once you've sibmitted it??

Totally believe in it and have relied on it for several years. My son and I did do some minor trimming of the leaves on the inside of the bow arm below the elbow to make certain that there would be no string contact. We did the same right near our anchor point on the original style facemask; the new one may not need that. The trimming in no way detracts from the camouflage and is just precautionary.

My brother uses ASAT 3D and I watched him climb in his treestand from 40yds and when he settled in,he practically disappeared. The only time I could see him was when he looked my way--the eye holes on the headmask stood out big time

No worries, BKE... If we deleted every redundant thread, we'd only have about 20! [8D]
ASAT is my second-favorite pattern, behind Predator. I'm all about CONTRAST, which is why those two top my list. I had a buddy hunt with me this past season and he brought the 3D ASAT; it looked really good, and the ease of being able to slip it on over other clothing was a big bonus.
It'd be nice to have in your truck during a workday and be able to slip off into the woods, stopping long enough to grab your bow and throw that suit over your work clothes! [8D]Not that I would do such a thing...
