Nice!

My cast came off on Monday and the snow has been melting away all week so I'm going out for the first time tomorrow!

I can't wait!

Dan,

right on bud, did you find it on your new property you'd mentioned, the paper company ...land..

The field photo looks a little bright... hence the lack of color, the indoor photo looks a little more like a fresh shed. Its hard tell unless I could check it out in person.

either way a 55 inch bone is a dandy...he's got plenty of tine length..for "our" parts dan..I'd say thats a 3.5 year old cast at the oldest...not many 2.5 year olds here either that gross around 55..but hes too spindly for 4.5

if its fresh hes gonna push up really well next year like buckeye said with some well added massfrom 3.5 to 4.5and more length.. he will be a good buck..say hes over 60 a side next fall and his inside is somewhere around 17-18..your looking at 140 class grossing buck!

If thats a year old bone and its been laying under some cover..( How thick was it there...any canopy?) if hes alive this fall hes a 5.5 year old..most likely.. PIGGLY WIGGLY buck...! LOL have a good one bud!
