Default How many Bowhunters use a peep site???

Just curious as to what your bowhunting set up is as far as zero in is.? Do you use a peep or a kisser or just rough it and use the fingers?

Bobby

I use a peep site... though getting smacked in the head with the tubing once has caused me to start looking for a different option

I shoot a peep sight and a kisser button. I use both to insure a consistent anchor point. As far as zero goes i have a Impact Cosmic sight. Since it is a slider type sight i have it calibrated to 60 yards.

I use an open peep, without the cord, although every once in a while the string obstructs my vision slightly.

I use a 1/4 peep and a "No Peep" from Timberline Archery. This allows me the improved accuracy of a peep and the consistent anchor and torque shown by the No Peep.

my mathews bow has zebra twist string on it. I use a peep that has no rubber tubeing. it never has any obstruction to my view.

I hunt with a Jim Fletcher Tru Peep (1/4"). I dont have a kisser button as I seem to have learned my anchor spot over time and am pretty consistant. I have shot without any peep or kisser at all (never hunting this way) and found that I was still very accurated at my normal hunting shot distances (20-25 yards) but after 25 my groups weren't as good as with a peep. As far as zero'ing in, I have a 5 pin sight and my pins are set at 20,30,40,50,60 yards.

Peep sight, I wouldn't want it any other way.
