RE: thoughts on whisker bisquit
I love my wisker bisquit as well. It works wonders if you are trying to do an stalking through thick cover. My only issue is how rough it can be on standard 4 inch vanes. I put a drop of super glue at the closest point of attachment of the vane and then I wipe them down with Armor All. That seams to help. Does anybody else have any problems with their vanes ripping off with the WB? Do you do anything differently to try and correct this problem?

I can't believe this. 13 responses and no one has come out and cursed the bisquit yet?;) The reality is its foolproof, rugged, and a great hunting rest. I'm sure the haters will log in soon and say it does all kinds of bad things but most of these nay sayers have never owned one or never installed one properly. I gave up on drop aways when I looked down at my rest and saw the activator string worn down to a few threads and just hanging on. I don't want to rely on something that can fail.

RE: thoughts on whisker bisquit
I've tried a lot of rests, liked the fall-away a lot, the last one I used was
the Rip-Cord. Nice rest and worked good. But, and here's the but, I went to the Whisker Bisquit because it did what I wanted and it was simple and really fool proof and that counts for more than anything in a hunting rest or any hunting equipment. |

I switched from a funnel to a biscuit this year with my new Tribute. Definetly prefer the biscuit. I have not run into any of the cold weather problems that have been mentioned.

RE: thoughts on whisker bisquit
I had one put on my new Diamond Rapture that I bought last year and I am kicking myself for not trying the before. I always used a 2 metal prong type arrow rest, and it was noisy. My arrow would ching on it or when I would move my bow it would make noise and scare wildlife. The biscuit I can stick and arrow in it and abosoultly no noice. I can also move my bow, flip it upside down or anyway and the arrow is ready to go.

I like my WB. I especially like the fact that my arrow does fall off my rest when moving around.
