ELK Did someone say ELK!! I hunt elk in Oregon where I have hunting within a short 30 minutes from the house. 1 hour from good rocky mountain elk hunting...and alot of public ground hunting!! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

I live in Arlington, Washington and hunt elk exclusively in Eastern Washiungton with my trusty sidekick . . . a Mathews 'FX'. I'd probably be considered a fanatical elk hunter. I deer hunt too but the elk is my nemisis . . . I nearly succeeded this year when I passed on two shots at cows at 15 yards. There was a calf with them and they were a little small. Maybe next year . . .
