Its a great county with the one caveat that a lot of development has been going on for the past few years.. But a lot of that county is rough timbered hilly ground... Really one of the nicer areas of Illinois IMO.

look at the dad gum body on that bruiser. That is ginormous! HNI Justin that is a monster. oh yeah, pretty nice rack too.

I've only pulled one deer out of that county so far, but I can say this:
They know how to grow does pretty well.






Density?
The people up there where I hunt swear you can set your watch by the time of day you almost hit one with your car.
