Shrooms? I hadn't even thought of that! Gotta have me some for the next round.
This weekend when I don't have to worry about knocking anyone over, I'm going to slice up a little garlic, reaaaallll thin, and add that to the onions and mushrooms. A little salt, a shot of fresh ground pepper, some fresh hot-baked bread, a cup of hot coffee...Oh, man.
