I live in NC....are you serious.....lol? I haven't SEEN a live P&Y buck, yet!

I didn't even see what I think would be a P&Y whitetail in PA until 2 seasons ago, and hadn't had a serious encounter/ opportunity until I started heading to the midwest to hunt out of state 3 seasons ago. 21 seasons total.
