Furthermore, If I was a betting man, I would put my money on the fact that these clothing companies that are using bacteria killing technology impregnated into the product or silver lined products, as the next wave of odor reducing sellers. You won't be hearing of these carbon clothing makers in a couple of years. My opinion and my opinion only.
Good hunting.

After reading an article from the owner of scent-lok which said they aren't "married to carbon" I tend to agree with you. My opinion is that another form of scent control will be touted as "better" and latched onto by all the current carbon companies and a seamless transition will be made. My guess is the groundwork for that change is already in the works.

Very good articles. I'm glad I never gave in to all that BS. I didn't buy those products because I thought they didnt work, I just figured that humans have been able to kill animals at all ranges for a million years or so without all that crap. But either way its nice to see science win!

Try before it hits the stores it is probably saturated according to his knowledge of science and carbon. One to two years is fantasy land. One to two days , maybe. FunnyAtlas, the guys that hate to hear this and dispute it, are the guys that wasted their $$ on it. It is human nature to not want to admit you got duped.
Couple of things I don't understand.....

No. 1 - Why in the WORLD would it matter to you guys WHAT I (and others) spend our money on? If you can't afford something.....make fun of it??? Isn't there a term the kids are using, now....."Don't be a hater"????,,,lol. Really.....what do you REALLY care what other people are wearing??? I bought a Robinson Outdoors Realtree Road Trips jacket this year......because I needed that type of garment 9that weight/size) and it was on sale for $89. I'm not complaining about spending $89 bucks for it. Why should you worry how much I spent???

No. 2 - Am I REALLY getting preached to about how smart "I" am from a guy who pretends to have a hunting show???

Anyone see the irony, here????

And here is the change already begining to take place.

EliminatorTM Hunting Clothing

Eliminator Hunting Clothing combines moisture-wicking fabric (to keep you dry), with an anti-bacterial/microbial agent to reduce or eliminate bacteria and microbes (which produce the odors associated with human perspiration), and an odor eliminating/reducing agent to keep game animals from detecting both human and non-human odors while you hunt, all in one set of clothing; at about half the price of the most popular odor elimination suits on the market.

"I use Eliminator Hunting Clothing, because I've looked at the research, and concluded that it works, if it didn't I wouldn't wear it. I've worn activated carbon suits, and found that they don't work, and the reseach I have read says they can't work - I've switched to Eliminator." T.R. Michels - nationally recognized game animal researcher, product designer, field tester, professional guide/outfitter, and seminar speaker/writer/author.
Looks like clothing manufacturers are starting to point out the flaws with activated carbon and offering alternatives already. So much for "Forget the wind just hunt"
