Duh he got shot! That was a quick turn around, everything over here is a year turn around at least.

Nice mount, I really like those offset shoulder mounts. They make the deer look really big, shows a lot of the hide.

Looks great man, the aggressive posture is awsome! Ron did an excellent job with the mount, I talked to his wife awhile back and she kept telling me to come check out the mount but I just never had the time to make it over there. He never ceases to amaze me with his turn around time and how well his work is.

Thanks for the comments guys. I was a little nervous about the pose, but I think it turned out very well. There was no other way I could get him done after the show and behavior I got to see just before shooting him.

And I am kicking myself cause the one thing I wanted to ask the taxi, was how old this guy was and I forgot[&:]I'll have to remember to give him a call.
