I'd also consider getting one of those pellet type stoves to cut the cost of heat, like the one HCH posted a while back.

Utilities are included in my lease.
otherwise I would be checking them out.

I am thinking the garage area would make a good summer storage place for other hunters like me that have like 16 treestands, decoys and a bunch of other stuff that fills the basement and makes the wife realize how much hunting stuff i really have.
Maybe charge like 50.00 to store(hide) all your stuff for the summer?
Of course, I'd have to beef up the security.

Or, I might just use it for my extra Harleys? If I do that, the security of that building will rival Fort Knox.

Great lookin place! Good luck, I hope it is a success. I don't know if you have to physically check and tag deer and turkeys in in Iowa as you do in Ohio, but if you do, maybe you could turn the garage into a place to do that! Just a thought. Good Luck!

No check in stations in Iowa, you just have to call the DNR and tell them of your kill. They give you a number to write on your tag. That just started this past season.
