I had to return my new Drenalin Mathews because the camo was flaking off of the riser. I e-mailed them yesterday at 4:00 p.m. EST and received a response assuring me that once he got the bow it would be a 24 hour turn around time to fix it and get it shipped back to me. You can't beat service like that.

Well I get into work this morning and checked my e-mail and there was one from Mike Olson at Mathews. He received my bow yesterday, replaced the riser and put it back on the UPS truck yesterday. You can't beat service like that.

That is pretty impressive..... I bought my Girlfriend a trykon sport from hoyt back in december and they said that are not going to start shipping out until feb. 1... she is a little more than pissed right now... She almost started crying when the pro shop told her that. I feel bad but it should be quick to come... what can you do

thats why they have such great customer service, to make up for the quality of there product, I believe Chris Farley said it best in tommy boy "I can sh*t in a box and mark it guaranteed, if thats what you want"
