Offset won't, but helical will cause more drag.

I fletch mine w/ a strong offeste and a right helical, they fly great.

i bought some blazers for my arrows,
(on which i have mechanical broadheads)
and i put them at a straight angle and they work perfect!

I use a WB, with 2" blazers at a right helical, no problems.
